Empathy is an Emotion from I Think, Therefore We Are. Capable of speaking in one word sentences, Empathy tries to relate to Shalice what it is that it wants her to do. While vague, Shalice eventually understands what her Emotions mean to her and realizes Empathy is the only Emotion she continually ignored as she went about on her search for her new Home.
Empathy is the only survivor of Shalice's Emotions when she throws herself away in the hilt, implying that she threw away her jealousy, stubborness and selfishness in order to save her love. However, she eventually loses hold of that too, leaving her with only a remnant of Kell to be with forever.
