Kitsunes are the focused race of I Think, Therefore We Are.

An elusive and down to earth race, Kitsunes live in forests that have a strong affinity to the land. Tribal in nature, their social culture focuses on a celebration of song and reproduction.

History[]

Their first entrance into sentience came about from an entity known as Jason. A Guardian of Jason was sent to have them come into the world. This man helped them develop into a small society built on songs and dance. Eventually the man parted ways, leaving them on their own. They rarely venture outside of their home, as their connection to their home is what keeps them mentally stable.

Culture[]

Suffering from a poor mortality rate, Kitsunes need to continually attempt to reproduce in order to maintain their numbers. Through this the society saw sex moreso as a common necessity rather than a mutual bond through a relationship. These relationships were named Committals.

The tribe is run by a group of Elders, who oversee the tribe and make the largest sweeping decisions.

Lady Shalice and Kell are the two featured Kitsunes in the story.
